Sound Bath Options

I’m excited to share that Musement Wellness is offering Sound Baths in our treatment studio. All of our Sound Baths are supported by Reiki energy healing, as well.

My sound bath experiences lead you on a beautiful sonic journey which supports your body entering a healing space. The experience begins with clearing away energy that no longer serves your highest good, and moves into waves of stabilizing and uplifting sounds that help you relax and rejuvenate your mind, body and soul.

Our lovely, intimate space offers spots for a limited number of attendees (one couch spot, one reclining chair, or one of four thick yoga mats on the floor). We provide attendees with some items to get cozy, including a soft cotton blanket, a small pillow for your head, an unscented eye pillow, and optionally a bolster to support your knees, and welcome you to bring whatever you’d like to make a comfortable nest.

The healing acoustic instruments I play in sound baths include:

• Wind gong
• Shaman drum
• Flow chimes
• Crystal singing bowls
• Himalyan singing bowls
• Native American-style flute
• Handpan
• Koshi chimes
• Shaman rattle
• Pala and Kenari seed chimes
• Ocean drum

New Moon Sound Baths – group experience

The New Moon Sound Bath experience is provided in person for a group of up to six people at the Musement Wellness treatment studio.

The time of the New Moon is a potent time to set intentions, as the moon reaches her darkest point and prepares to embark on her growth cycle. At the beginning, I will provide you with materials to write out your intention with guidance in keeping with the astrology of the moment. After the sound bath, I offer you the chance to be treated individually with a special pair of tuning forks to help manifest your intention.

Renewal Sound Baths – personal option

The Renewal Sound Bath experience is provided to you (and one additional guest, if you’d like) as a private, focused experience. This special, customized sound bath allows you to sink in deeply, getting as comfortable as you possibly can.

My intention for the Renewal Sound Bath is to provide you with a joyful, enlightening opportunity to renew your mind, body, and soul with soothing vibrations. When you reach a state of deep relaxation, your parasympathetic nervous system is able to take the lead and provide the healing you need most. After some quick guidance to help you drop into the experience, the entire time is filled with healing sound vibrations.

I hope to provide you with a healing, restorative Sound Bath in person at the Musement Wellness studio soon!
